For more than a decade, Doing Better Than Excellence has turned compassion into action through community giving, advocacy, outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Our philanthropic work began with a deep commitment to supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing homelessness, but our impact has continued to grow. Through annual initiatives, donation drives, community events, partnerships with churches, shelters, businesses, and other organizations, DBE has helped connect people with essential resources, encouragement, dignity, and hope.

From #FillTheTruck and seasonal giving initiatives to shelter support, community outreach, awareness events, and collaborative programs, each effort represents a larger commitment: meeting people where they are and responding to community needs with purpose.

Our philanthropy is not defined by one event, one donation, or one year. It is an ongoing investment in people and communities.

As DBE continues to grow, our work is expanding beyond traditional charitable giving to include programs such as Therapeutic Release, Share the Warmth, community-based partnerships, advocacy, education, and experiences designed to create meaningful and lasting impact.
